Helder Filipe da Costa Soares (commonly known as Filipe Pastel) (born February 10, 1982 in Santa Eul lia de Barrosas) is a Portuguese footballer last playing for Montreal Impact in the USSF Division 2 Professional League. Pastel has spent the majority of his playing career in his native Portugal, playing for Freamunde, Vizela and Feirense in the Liga de Honra and the Segunda Divis o. On January 27, 2010 Pastel moved across the Atlantic to Canada and signed with Montreal Impact of USSF Division 2 Professional League.
