But let me give the poor Patient this Comfort, That, if his Cow has fweet Herbage, good Water, and feeds on hilly Ground, flie will give as wholfom and efficacious Diet, as any Animal whatever. The learned Philofopher the Lord' Verulatn, prefers Cows Milk, c If impreg 9 P. 767. 5 natcd nated with the Powders of Mint, red c Rofe Leaves, and a little Sugar, to c Afles: He fays, Mares Milk is raoft 'prevalent againft Sharpnefs of Urine, 'and Ulceration of the Bladder. Wo c mens Milk, which is fometimes pre c fcribed, he does not fo well approve of, c as being too near akin..."
