Hayes wakes up in hospital having been stabbed and knocked
unconscious while trying to save an elegant lady from some muggers.
While convalescing in the Isle of Man, he meets the woman's
brother, the owner of an exclusive spa hotel. But things aren't
quite as idyllic as they first appear on the island. There have
been a series of attacks, and Hayes is pretty soon caught up in
uncovering the motives and the perpetrators...
