The Wyoming Business Council was created in 1998 and has worked to make Wyoming a fast-growing economic power. The Council focuses on public and private efforts to build a strong job creation base with manufacturing and technology in the forefront. The Council continues to work to revitalize Main Streets across the state. The Wyoming Business Council's Investment Ready Communities Division, along with the Wyoming State Library, have worked together to make available documents from all over Wyoming in order to create more awareness throughout the state. These documents include downtown development plans, revitalization plans, and regional economic development plans. This publication is one of these documents.
