Living in South Africa, not being exposed to these items, we decided to buy one. Being expensive here we had to put a lot of thought into this purchase. Yes, it is worth it, amazing little machine, dust bin a bit small if you have two labradors living in you house. But cleaning the house everyday will reduce the bin emptying. Struggles with climbing areas about 2cm high, gets up sometimes without a struggle and other times it needs assistance. In general it works perfectly, will buy it again and again. Oh yes, be mindfull of long hair carpets, they are not friends.

Works as advertised. The only problem so far is it tries to go up on things that's even as high as 1 - 2cm, a cat scratching post foundation is a problem as it tries to climb up, so it cold eventually get stuck on that, also the same with a floor mat that it tries to get onto but pushes the edges underneath the robot and almost gets stuck on that, so the mat will have to be picked up from the floor every-time you clean, small/thin mats seems to be fine though. One thing that you might want to get is a virtual barrier, it does not come with the robot, so it needs to be purchased separately.

Really happy I spent the extra money and went for this one. The smart features are amazing! I can start/stop cleaning from literally anywhere in the world as long as I am connected to the internet. The scheduling is also awesome

Exactly as advertised however it does struggle to find the docking station once it needs to charge. Definitely not for small loose carpets. Completely impressed.

We really struggled with our pets shedding hair and so our house required constant vacuuming. But with this device, we come home to a clean and hair-free house, everyday! You can set it to clean when you are at work, and it is extremely simple to use! The app is very user-friendly for South Africa. I only have good things to say about this powerful device and have recommended it to all my friends! Very happy!
