Western Boats & Barking Kettles is the latest work by Newfoundland author Ron Fagan. Mr. Fagan was born in Riverhead, St. Mary's Bay, Newfoundland in 1935. Western Boats & Barking Kettles is a collection of Newfoundland Poetry inspired by Mr. Fagan's rural Newfoundland upbringing. Western Boats & Barking Kettles includes a story of growing up in outport Newfoundland in the 1930's and 40's. Mr. Fagan is currently working on his next volume of poetry.
