All I Want For Christmas (1991)

Surviving Christmas (2004)
Drew Latham (Ben Affleck) is a successful business executive who is tired of spending Christmas alone, and decides to rent a typical All-American family to brighten up the festive season. Making the Valco family an offer they can't refuse, Drew moves in for Christmas. But before long, his spoiled antics and outrageous demands turn a happy holiday into a nightmare.

Scrooged (1988)
High-spirited high jinks on Christmas Eve put Frank Cross (Bill Murray) in a ghostly time warp in this hilarious take-off of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. EL Katz directs this dark comedy thriller starring Pat Healy, Ethan Embry, David Koechner and Sara Paxton. When Craig (Healy) loses his job and gets an eviction notice on his house he favours a drink at a local bar with old friend Vince (Embry) over returning home to his disapproving wife. When the cash-strapped duo are approached by a mysterious couple who propose a series of dares in exchange for money for their amusement Craig and Vince think their luck has arrived. As the dares get more dangerous and the wagers increase the pair start to wonder who these people really are. How far will they go to achieve the ultimate payout?

'Psycho' meets 'Hotel California' horror in which a young couple are trapped, awaiting their fate. For young couple Amy and David Fox (Kate Beckinsale and Luke Wilson), a long day bickering in their car suddenly gets much worse when they break down in the middle of nowhere. Luckily for them they find a motel and settle down to watch some TV. Concern rises when they realise the 'snuff' movies the motel thoughtfully supply for their guests seem vaguely familiar. Discovering hidden cameras, they realise that they are about to star in the performance of their lives, or rather the end of it, unless they can somehow escape.

David (Dan Stevens) knocks at the door of the Peterson family and informs mother Laura (Sheila Kelley) that he was a close friend of Caleb (Chris Harding), the son she lost in combat. Welcomed into the family home, David is initially granted a hostile reception by Caleb's brother and sister, Luke (Brendan Meyer) and Anna (Maika Monroe). However, David's handy ability to buy booze and deal out violent retribution to bullies quickly ingratiates him with the teenagers. That is, until an usual sequence of events raises suspicions that David may not be who he claims. Will any light be shed on the guest's mysterious past?

Adrián García Bogliano directs this horror starring Nick Damici and Ethan Embry. When Will (Embry), son of blind, retired vet Ambrose (Damici), decides that his dad can no longer live on his own, he moves him in to a retirement village where he can be monitored closely. As several of his new friends die, brutally torn to shreds by a vicious dog that is known to roam the streets at night, Ambrose becomes obsessed with the killings when he discovers that this has been happening for years. Disbelieving the locals' stories that these are just dog attacks, Ambrose, determined to stop the animal once and for all, stages an intervention to try to capture the culprit.

Contrary to their expectations, however, it is not a luxurious, all-expenses-paid kind of trip, but rather a cut-price, economy deal which takes them to some of the Old World's seedier locations. Of course, it's not long before they are caught up in all manner of misadventures.

Buddy comedy starring Ethan Embry and Michael Gladis. Kevin and Bruce (Embry and Gladis) run their own private security firm in a sleepy suburban town where crime is low and new contracts scarce.
