Stanley is the nicest troll in Troll Land, but the other trolls
think that he should not be so nice and he is sent to live in New
York City by the evil Gnorga. When Stanley lands in Central Park he
befriends two young children whose parents don't pay them enough
attention due to work commitments. Gnorga soon appears and tries to
destroy everything again.
A box set of the first three prehistoric animated children's
adventures. In 'The Land Before Time', young dinosaur Littlefoot is
orphaned and so he sets off with a gang of fellow baby dinosaurs in

plague that is sweeping the world. In 'The Land Before Time 2 - The
Great Valley to Heaven', the young dinosaurs are coaxed into the
forbidden 'Mysterious Beyond' by the mischievous Cera, and they
realise that everything in their world is not as idyllic as they
had thought. In 'The Land Before Time 3 - The Time of the Great
Giving', Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Spike and Petrie have to find a
new source of water when a meteorite plunges into the Great Valley
and their fellow prehistoric pals start getting grumpy. Along the
way they have to battle the dreaded Sharpteeth, dodge a fierce fire
and avoid angry velociraptors. But through it all, the friends work
as a team.

From his childhood in rural Missouri to his legendary stature as a film and television icon, Walt governed his life with imagination, ingenuity, and scrupulous attention to detail. Faced with both public failures and massive success, he revolutionised the art form of animation, always seeking innovative solutions, cutting edge technology, and new ways of storytelling. Devoted to perfection, Walt was not always easy to work with, but no one can deny his profound talent and impact. Charting Walt's progression from farm boy to actor to artist, animator, director, and entertainment celebrity, Walt's own words are presented and contextualized within Doreen Rappaport's signature compelling prose. Illustrated with vivid authenticity by animator/painter John Pomeroy, this stunning entry in the award-winning Big Words series reveals a man of deep and varied passions with a constantly evolving vision, and a storyteller above all.

BTEC courses in clothing, CFI diploma and degree courses in
clothing, management technologists in the clothing business, and
members of retail buying departments.
Collection of four British crime thrillers from the 1950s. In 'High
Treason' (1951), after the destruction of the SS Asia Star in
London Docks, Commander 'Robbie' Brennan (Liam Redmond) joins
forces with Special Branch and MI5 to investigate an underground
terrorist group plotting acts of sabotage. They discover that the
group are planning an attack on a power station. Can they stop them
before it's too late? In 'The Big Chance' (1957), fed up with
living his mundane life, travel agency employee Bill Anderson
(William Russell) siezes his opportunity for a change when a
customer returns tickets to Panama. Bill decides to take the
tickets and go to Panama himself. While at the airport, however, he
is distracted by the alluring Diana Maxwell (Adrienne Corri). When
the flight is delayed until the following day, Diana manages to get
Bill involved in all manner of misadventures. Will he be glad of
this change from the humdrum of his daily existence? In 'Dublin
Nightmare' (1958), adapted from the novel by Robin Estridge, Steve
Lawlor (Richard Leech) is reported dead following a car accident
after he helped a Republican gang rob a Northern Irish security
vehicle. The loot has gone missing and while the gang believe the
car passenger Danny O'Callaghan (Pat O'Sullivan) has betrayed them,
Lawlor's former girlfriend is convinced he is still alive. His
photographer friend John Kevin (William Sylvester) investigates. In
'Deadly Nightshade' (1953) Robert Matthews (Emrys Jones) is
arrested in Cornwall when he is mistaken for convict John Barlow,
to whom he bears a striking resemblance. When Barlow (also Jones)
hears of this, he makes his way to the man's cottage and takes his
place. After surviving a local shipwreck Robert's fiancée Ann
Farrington (Zena Marshall) is taken in by Barlow, who maintains his
imposture but soon discovers that Matthews is not all he seems.

Excerpt: CHAPTER III. THE SOUTH EQUATOR. Many times Dora thought of
Lady Meath, and asked herself whether she ever remembered herself
and the children, for she made no sign, -- in fact, her ladyship
was more interested in receiving travellers, especially any one who
came from Malacca, Sumatra, or any very far distant spot, and her
interests appeared to be bounded on one side by Rangoon, and on the
other by a river of unpronounceable name. She thought and heard
more of the Bramah- putra, the Firawadda, or the Burrampooter, than
it would have been believed possible. Eastern travellers, like all
others, love to find a willing listener, and one who knows
something of the ground of their excursions, and who could
understand the nature of the VOL. III. D places their books were to
render celebrated; such sought out Lady Meath, whose best days had
passed in Further India, and who dwelt upon the days of her exile
with tenderness, -- the only tenderness in her character, except
the pseudo fondness for her son. She could scarcely remember her
brother's face, as she parted from him in early youth; and what did
she care for Dora, whose mother she had never seen, and only heard
of her as one whose people were in a contrary direction to hers; --
Brisbane, Australia, what were they to her i. She liked Dora
sufficiently to fear Charlie might like her too well, and he had
not stability, she knew, to withstand attraction, and he was
engaged to Gertrude Broom; but Dora left her, and once out of her
sight she forgot her as completely as she did Ethel's girls.
