Money. Moolah. Cash. Dinero.
It’s a funny thing, money. Some people have it. Some people have lots of it. Some people don’t and most people want it. I never really thought about money until I didn’t have it. It gives the reader an understanding of both the psychological factors and neurological factors behind weight gain, addiction and why diets don’t work.
Lisa Steingold wrote this book because she was tired of the typical ‘transform your life in 7 days’ nonsense that is sold to (and bought by) consumers looking to deal with their body issues which only serve as a tool for failure.
