I bought 4 of these heaters in June and so far one of the heaters had to be returned as it did not work and 1 month later I am still waiting for it to be tested by Alva. Another one of the heaters which works now has a hairline crack in it. I am not happy with this product at all and the after service is just as bad.

Waited 10 days to receive the heater. Then it got deliver broken. This is not a fair review on the heater but, the entire product getting a working heater in a reasonable time. I saw a few other complaints about the same thing. The packaging is pretty good. It shows a fair amount of abuse from leaving the warehouse until getting it to me. The end is that I got a broken heater and it is going to take several more days before I can get a heater that I can use.

Unit cracked within the first two weeks of use. Returned the item to Loot and still waiting for a response from the supplier for over a month.
