A number of endpoints of testicular toxicity have been studied, including those involving germ, sertoli and Leydig cells and testicular vasculature, but there has been little work done regarding the reversibility of such effects. Theoretical considerations and empiric observations suggest that reversibility may be an important parameter to consider in the evaluation of male reproductive toxicity.
