T.J. Storm stars in the title role of this martial arts action feature. To obtain the necessary funds to release his father from prison, South African martial artist Sizwe Biko aka Black Cobra (Storm) smuggles stolen diamonds into the US to sell them on the black market. But when he is double-crossed by the Japanese mafia the Black Cobra is forced to use deadly methods to recover his stolen goods.
