This product is exceptionally badly designed and constructed and will ruin your braai and whatever you try to cook on it. Cadac does not respond to any customer enquiries either. Issues: 1. There is no proper ventilation at the back, causing large amounts of smoke to blow into the face of the person operating it 2. Any kind of meat or sausage stick to the grills, regardless of whether or not they have been heated 3. The grills are too close to the burner covers, causing severe flaming on the meat when fat drips and ignites on the burners 4. The heating rack is too close to the grills, making it difficult to move items underneath and being too hot for the items on it 5. The individual burners do no always ignite and is covered to such an extent that it is impossible to see whether or not they are ignited
