The reality is that more is available and it starts with a genuine desire to draw closer to Him. We are told repeatedly in the Bible to abide in the Lord and to love Him first with all weve got. So why dont we do it? Are we scared, confused, ignorant or lazy? Yep. For years, I was all of the above. God, in His infinite patience, love and grace, is changing that. I had the perfectly average life. There was no tremendous tragedy, no great obstacle. Since I was already saved, there was no earthly reason for me to seek more. Yet, when I finally acknowledged the fact that there is more, I decided to chase it at all costs. The hope of this book is to awaken us to the reality that there is more, and to foster the desire to seek it by telling the humorous, touching and unlikely story of one man who did it.
