Six months ago in Yemen, an elite squad of U.S. Army Rangers, led by Sergeant Eric Carter, killed terrorist leader Sheik Ibrahim Bin-Khalid. To thwart further attacks, Carter enlists Rebecca Ingram, who quarterbacked the raid that killed Bin-Khalid.
