Out of the Darkness Into the Light (Paperback)

This book comes out of living with a condition known as bi-polar disorder. At first I saw it as a curse, now I see it as a blessing. The book has three sections each designed for a specific purpose. When you get to the final section take the time to make some notes and then be ready to "let go" of the past. Holding on to resentments and regrets will prevent you from being in the "now," and keep you stuck in the past. There is "work" that needs to be done. One cannot sit passively by and hope that things clear up. For me writing this book and forming several "Embracing Depression Support Groups" was a way of sharing with others that possibilities exist and that what may be perceived as bad can actually have a great deal of good in it. Whether or not you have ever suffered from depression doesn't matter, for each of us have been in "the darkness" from time to time in our lives.
