A Time For Gratitude - Journal (Paperback)

Allow your life to flow with abundance by starting with the simple practise of gratitude.Gratitude has the power to overcome the negative tendencies of the mind. As the mind focuses more on what it has, rather than what it lacks, it attracts even more. With this practice, you begin to understand the power of the mind and the laws of manifestation.

Every day, consciously journal one or more things that you have felt grateful for. Then, spend a few moments in silence with your eyes closed. Observe every breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils. Let the breath carry you where it needs and remain in silence for as long as you can. Open your eyes and record the amount of time spent in silence/meditation. Reflect on the day and give it a rating form 1-10. As the days pass, observe the difference in your life.

This gratitude journal came from a state of meditative consciousness attained through the practice of the "Art of Living" techniques, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
