Due to all the current food recalls and food born illnesses I was worried about the quality of the food I was eating. So I did some reading and research on food production in our country. I discovered more and more information that caused me to be concerned and alarmed. Due to this I decided to write about it and share my concerns. I did not write this to scare people, I just wanted to inform by providing information, about this subject. I used information from the Internet, newspapers, and magazine articles. I used the most recent and current information I could find. I also put my concerns and opinions in it. You don't have to agree with me, but I laid it out in a way as to give you the whole picture, so you can read it and make up your own minds.
