Ten-year-old Jason Fitzpatrick was doing what he loved best, watching the bald eagles as they flew and dove into the water after the fish that were so plentiful near his home on Long Island Sound. Jason had been fascinated with bald eagles ever since he was little. When he was five, he had built a pair of wings and tried to fly out his bedroom window.
