In a contract to do a certain thing in a satisfactory manner, it was provided that the contract price should be paid, "after such acknowledgment had been made by the owner or the work demonstrated.' How is the satisfactoriness to be determined? 4. A contract was made fcr iron to be shipped in about equal portions, in four certain months. A shipment was made in the first month specified, but not of a fourth of the iron. Upon nonacceptance by the vendee may the seller maintain an action? 5. If, under a contract for the sale and subsequent delivery of goods, no right of property in which passes by the bargain, the seller fails to deliver the goods to the vendee, on the specified day, is the purchaser bound to accept and pay for the goods? 6. Where a purchaser agrees to take a car load of grain, if it is "good, salable grain," at a certain price, and the seller replies that he will accept the offer "for one car load of grain," may the purchaser recover damages if the grain is not salable? 7. Goods of a specified quality, not in existence, are sold, and the seller undertakes to ship them, and delivers the goods when made to a carrier for the buyer.
