Parsons Green (Paperback)

Sixteen year old Cricket McLean has always been able to see ghosts. Cricket and her widowed mother Claudia head to Savannah, Georgia for the summer, far away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. Cricket takes a part time job at historic Chartwell House where she soon begins to have visions of a young girl, Catherine Harcourt. Cricket discovers that Catherine was a servant girl at the house in the late 1700's and that she was executed for the brutal murder of her newborn child. With the help of retired historian Linus Blackton and a local psychic, Mrs. Vanderbilt, Cricket starts to piece together the events which lead to the night of the murder. But things start to get a little more complicated when Cricket meets Liam Chartwell, a descendant of the original owners of the house. As Cricket gets closer to finding out the truth of what really happened at the old house, she finds that someone or something is determined to make sure that a centuries old secret is never revealed.
