This is incorrectly advertised as a smart tv. It runs hisenses own cr@ppy watered down os. You cant load apk android files. The picture quality is ok for ps3 and xbox 360 gaming but does tare with fast movement. Fps games may hurt your eyes. If you are hoping for 4k gaming, dont bother wasting your money on a hisense as you will be sorely disappointed. The preloaded netflix app works but cuts out after prolonged use causing the tv to switch off, it also doesnt preload streams and doesnt allow you to download like an android would. The tv does play video and audio files from usb well enough. You CAN NOT cast windows 10 machines to this tv. Android casting is clunky. The sound isnt great but at the price you shouldnt expect something high end like samsung would offer. Im giving it a 3 rating based on price alone, it is at the lowest end compared to other supposed 4k uhd tvs

We have endless problems not being able to connect to Netflix although the remote has a specific button for netflix. Loot did not want to accept the return shortly after receival because the box was folded. Huge frustration. Will not recommend to anyone

Because of the poor communication and logistics LOOT offers , this is what they committed to IN STOCK. "We should be able to dispatch within 24 hours. More are available from our supplier" It has been 5 days and now I get a very subtle hint that only Monday,Tuesday, NEXT WEEK. So from 24 hours to 8 days. Unacceptable.That was the first and last time I get anything from LOOT. FAIL

Once you get the display settings ls figured out you'll enjoy a crisp display of beautiful picture. Apps like showbox easily streams through the tv. Netflix and youtube shortcut on the remote for easy access. Great tv, great value for money

tv was still pixelating with a 1080p movie(my older hisense 55" FHD 3D tv gave me better picture). sound volume was extremely low. had to bump volume past 50 to hear the sound(currently on 70). sound problem was with all media on hdd as will as using the smart tv youtube online media.
