1. This Joint Staff Advisory Note (JSAN) reviews the first Progress Report of the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (Rapport Annuel de la Mise en Oeuvre du Document de Strategie Nationale pour la Croissance et la Reduction de la Pauvrete, RA-DSNCRP) prepared by the Government of Haiti. The DSNCRP, covering the period 2007-11, was approved by the Government and submitted to the International Development Association (IDA) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on November 30, 2007. The annual progress report was submitted to IDA and the IMF on April 23, 2009."
