For the price I was let down almost exactly a month after delivery (if not almost immediately – see final point). The air vent clip split inside the housing, making the clasp weak and ineffective (after two weeks). While tightening the ball pivot, the screw mechanism split/cracked. The entire device is a weak plastic. The other frustration (with my iPhone 11) was the slightest movement in the car meant the phone "disconnected" from WIFI charging – to the extent I had to unplug the USB wire altogether rather than having the phone turn itself on when it connected to charge every ten to twenty seconds.
