It includes a number of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports; resolutions adopted by the IAEA Board of Governors (which consists of 35 members representing a wide range of governments); conclusions of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council (GAERC); European Council conclusions; and the text of the Paris Agreement signed between Iran, France, Germany and the UK with the support of the EU High Representative in November 2004, by which Iran agreed to suspend all enrichment-related and reprocessing activities to allow for negotiations on long-term arrangements.
