A Soul Lost (Paperback)

This book has been a long and painful project. Through my life, writing has become the way I release the anger of my past. Generally I am a very reserved person when it comes to my life but I have now chosen to share my feelings with my friends and family. My influences for writing this book are my grandmother, Ms. Almeter Busby; my boys, Keivon and Jakari; W.E.B. DuBois; Langston Hughes; and Tupac Shakur. My first love is music, which ties directly to poetry. Completing this book has been a dream come true and I am truly proud of myself for this accomplishment.
