Samplers in Cross Stitch (Paperback)

One of "The Cross Stitch Collection" series, this provides simple diagrams for the beginner, illustrating basic skills and stitches, as well as more elaborate designs and projects suited to more experienced needleworkers. There are instructions through to making up stage, and counted thread charts for 20 samplers. These feature both traditional designs and motifs, along with more contemporary ideas. They include a pattern for a "Home Sweet Home" sampler, and new ideas for birth, nursery and wedding samplers.
