White Lightning & the Angel (Paperback)

To my readers, greetings. To be frank, this book was one of my many projects. I am very bad about doing something just to see if I can do it. I glassed in the back porch because I got tired of repainting the floor because of rain damage. It turned out okay. I have worked with cement, stepping stones, picnic table pads, sidewalks steps for the shop, etc. I have written poems, built small tables and benches, and done large oil paintings. Iave grown a twenty-plus-pound cantaloupe, two-and-a-half-pound tomatoes, a sixty-two-pound watermelon. Iave tackled these and many other projects, one of them writing this book as a way to try out my new typewriter. Iave always had a sense of humor, not always appreciated by my family as I tended to use it when silence would have been the better choice. This book gave me an outlet for it and gave my family a rest. I tend to be an introvert with strangers, but get along with family and my church family well. I have been a widow now for over eight years, but keep busy with gardening and other projects, such as this book. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. God Bless.
