The conurbation, which includes adjacent towns and municipalities of Opatija, Lovran, Mo eni ka Draga, Matulji, Kastav, Vi kovo, Klana, Kostrena, avle, Jelenje, Bakar, and Kraljevica has a population of 213,842 (2011).
