Karate: The Kawasoe Way (DVD)

Three-volume karate instructional set presented by Sensei Kawasoe. In the first volume Kawasoe demonstrates the basic stances and movements for the beginner. In Volume 2 Kawasoe demonstrates further advanced striking and kicking techniques and introduces basic one-attack sparring. Finally in the third volume Kawasoe introduces semi-free sparring and demonstrates training using kick bags.
