Wish I had discovered this amazing appliance before! Easy to make delicious ice-cream - a good selection of recipes given, but easy enough to adapt to your own tastes. One of our favourites is making frozen yogurt, by simply putting 650g of yogurt in the bowl and churning for 30 minutes. You do have to plan ahead, as the bowl must be put in the freezer at least 24 hours ahead of time - I keep mine in a plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready for use.
