Blades very variable; usually cordate, at the tip blunt or hardly acuminate, at the base shallowly lobate, or oval, ovate or nearly lanceolate. All forms can be found on the same plant. Blades 13cm long x 2.5 - 8cm wide, without pellucid lines. It is the only species with relatively short, cordate blades without pellucid markings and with a creeping habit.
