High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Tomislav Ivkovi (born August 11, 1960 in Zagreb, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) is a retired Croatian footballer, who played as a goalkeeper.Other than in his country, he spent most of his professional career in Portugal, and was also an international for the national team of Yugoslavia in the 80's.Ivkovi started his professional career playing for NK Dinamo Zagreb in 1978. He moved to Dinamo Vinkovci in 1982, but soon changed again, joining Red Star Belgrade in 1983. In 1985, he transferred to his first foreign club as he joined FC Tirol Innsbruck from Austria, where he played until 1988. After short spells with Wiener Sport-Club and Racing Genk, Ivkovi moved to Sporting Clube de Portugal in 1989, and remained there for the following four seasons, rarely missing a match, although he did not collect any silverware.
