Victor Patrick Frazier (August 5, 1904 - January 10, 1977) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played between 1931 and 1939 for the Chicago White Sox (1931-33, 1939), Detroit Tigers (1933-34) and Boston Bees (1937).
