4-Out Motion Offense (Electronic book text)

The 4-Out Motion Offense is the offense for the team with only one inside post player. This offense takes advantage of that one inside post player while at the same time utilizing the skills of the three guards in the offense and the one forward. This is a very unique man-to-man offense that can be very hard to defend with pressure man-to-man defense. All three guards are interchangable making the job of the defense that much more difficult. If you have one great outside shooter, the forward position in the 4-Out Motion Offense exploits his abilities.
