After a horrible accident, Marshall finds himself in a world he never knew existed called Magica. He meets the Magic Squad, a group of five teenagers who have devoted their lives to fighting the forces of evil in their land. After learning that his parents died in the accident, he decides to join them. Not everyone in the Squad agrees about this. He meets the Black Magicers, the Magic Squadas enemies, who constantly terrorize everyone in Magica. He also meets Goodsparker, a friend of the Magic Squad who has a unique power. He learns about magic and about magic powers. He learns that magic is also on Earth and that others on Earth know about it too. He learns new things about himself, both good and bad. Eventually, he learns how the Magic Squad got formed and why. This is just the first of many adventures about the Magic Squad.
