this is a very good product for the price, I bought it for my 8yr old daughter and she loves it, it has out lived all the other tablets, she had 4 before this one which all failed to work before the warranty was up. I have faith in this tablet. Thanks for a great product.

I purchased this tablet for work purposes on the 18th October. I received a new sim card for business purposes and as I was trying to insert the sim card, it got stuck and I COULD NOT GET THE SIM CARD IN. EVENTUALLY I GOT THE SIM IN BUT TO HAVE IT IT FALL RIGHT THROUGH TO THE BOTTOM OF MY TABLETS. I SENT THE ITEM BACK. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR EVEN A REPLACEMENT TABLET. SAID THE SIM READER WAS DAMAGED DUE TO ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. DOES ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE NOT MEAN EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS. IT WAS NOT DELIBERATE. THEY ARE SENDING THE TABLET BACK TO ME UNREPAIRED. NO DISCOUNT BUT AN "I'M SORRY". POOR SERVICE

Bought this product for my nephew, it seems to be a solid budget-tablet with decent specs.
A nice (faux?) leather case is included along with a USB 2.0 A to microUSB cable.
Appears to be good value for money.
