In a department full of sleaze and corruption, police officers Jim Stone and David Waters both work in the Evidence Management unit of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Disillusioned and bored with their jobs, they also find it hard to make ends meet. While going through case files, Jim comes to know of a drug dealer who has access to large amounts of money, as indicated by his bail receipt, which was paid in $200,000 cash. Discovering the dealer's huge underground safe beneath an apartment building, they hatch a plan to break into it for their own ends.
