The plaintiff ued for " the establishment of his right to and for" "possession of " property valued at upwards of three lacs of rupees; situated principally at Goknl in the District of Muttra. The chief Portion of the property in suit is thus deseri bed in the plaint. "A mundir, (Temple) together with the performance of "the service and worship (Saiva and Pooja) attendance; -' thereupon, by the maintenance of the idol of the said" "Thakoor (Deity) valued at Rs. 50,000 together with the" "property and Jewels of the said mundir, valued at Rs." "1,38,417." "The cash and household and stored property (Bhundar)" "of the Thakoorjee, amounting to Rs. 50,000 together with' "the mundir of Radikajec, and the furniture and property' "belonging to the seat of Goclusjee, attached to it along" "with the house and shops, immoveable property, stituted" '"at Gokul, valued at Rs. 44,075." ' A mundir situated in Jatcopora, in tho Porgnnnah oi " "Arcing and District of Muttra valued at Its. 5,0U0." The plaintiffs' title and causes of action arc thus stated ; D.iniodur the plaintiffs' ancestor who was the Guddet jVasheen of the Temples at Nathdwara in Oodeypore and at Gokul died leaving two wives Mussumat Luohniee Balioojee and mussuinut (Jhannuttee B.ihoojee. In pursuance of direction given by him the latter adopted Luchmunjee ( the husband of tlio defendant ) who performed the services and worship at Gokul, and the first wife adopted Gobindjee the plaintiff's father, who performed the worship and services at Nathdwara.
