Jergu Ba a (born January 4, 1965 in Liptovsk Mikul, Czechoslovakia) is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the seventh round, 141st overall, by the Hartford Whalers in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. He played ten games in the National Hockey League with the Whalers: nine in the 1990-91 season and one more in the 1991-92 season. Ice hockey is a team sport played on ice, in which skaters use wooden or composite sticks to shoot a hard rubber puck into their opponent's net. In regions where it is popular, the game is often referred to simply as hockey.
