Pros: Bunk beds feel stable and bars are nice and thick. If the feet are off, the beds will fold down sideways to lie "next to each other", making a flat pack 1.6m X 1.85m which will fit into the top of our queen-sized bed trailer tent. Then you just need to push in the feet bar to assemble them. Perfect for trailer tent campers! If you were to push the two single beds together, they would fit together snugly at the same height. There are no bars sticking out the sides of the stretcher. Cons: Stretcher is complicated to assemble, even with directions. When following the directions you assemble the top bed first, upside down. The connecting piece forms part of both the top bed and the bottom bed. Then you build the rest of the bottom bed, on top. Then put the feet on, and THEN only do you righten the beds. Nowhere on the instructions does it say that everything happens upside down. The beds are heavy - about 20kgs. The material needs to be stretched very tightly over the frame which makes the bars difficult to push in together. Good for stability, but I wouldn't have been able to assemble the beds by myself. Once the bunk beds are assembled, you are left with a box of connectors and 2 U-shaped feet bars which are needed if the beds are assembled as 2 single beds. Dimensions: Bottom bed is 25cm off the ground. Gap between beds is 60cm. Length 185cm, width 70cm. Top bunk 90cm off the ground with protective bars both sides. Packed in a sturdy bag with 2 handles, bag is about 20cm X 30cm X 80cm
