Third: Design and development of the Business Continuity Plans and defining the Continuity Teams. Fourth: Implementation of the Plans into the organization. The performed GAP-Analysis for SPL showed that focus in an efficient implementation process has to be on the building of awareness of the employees and the management. People of the organization must be enabled to respond to crisis events in an efficient manner. Communication of the BCP policies is a critical part of the implementation process.
