The Piano Concerto by Busoni is a marvelous creation. It is the longest and technically the most difficult of all the piano concertos and makes demands from the performers and audience alike. This is a great recording of the concerto. Hamelin dances on the edge of the precipice with this concerto, and wins! I can highly recommend this recording!
