Nova Storm (MS-DOS, CD-ROM)

SCARAB-X, a military intelligence computer gone berserk, has mutated and taken on a life of its own, decimating the population and leaving cities in ruins. The Federation launches the experimental space fighter Scavenger 4, piloted by the player, to track down and destroy SCARAB-X. Silicon-generated graphics rendered and Z-buffered backdrops allow complete interaction between sprites and scenery, including volcanic, desert and frozen tundra landscapes, within four different worlds. Full-motion video sequences and cut scenes coupled with an ear-pounding digital audio soundtrack add realism.
