The machine is good quality and clothes come out very clean. It looks way better in real life and is much darker in colour. I saved close to R2k by purchasing this machine here. Customer service could be improved. Even though the machine was delivered on day 5 from the order date, theres not enough communication regarding the status of the item and the expected time on delivery.
