Just My Thoughts (Paperback)

When things begin to flow through me, usually in a moment of fear or pain, I need to write. The poems contained here are simply that. My life: joy, pain, fear and faith (and at times the lack of it). While they may seem a little depressing, for me, they are therapeutic. Each one represents a moment in my life that I just needed to write about. It is my hope that each and every reader takes away something from my words. Maybe everyone will feel something different, but the point is that they all feel something. God has granted me this gift with writing and it is my intention to share it. If just one reader can identify with the emotions laid out on these pages, then my gift has served me well. Each poem is about hope, fear, pain (both physical and emotional) and turning to God, even when we question him the most. As sure as I am writing this now, God is here and he is listening. We all have common bonds in that we feel pain, sadness and joy. My words are written to strengthen those bonds by letting each and every reader see a glimpse into my soul and know that they are not alone in their times of trial
