The four-story school is located between Kennedy Boulevard and Summit Avenue, from 24th to 26th Street, with additional facilities a block south on Kerrigan Avenue. Through its predecessors, the school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Secondary Schools since 1928. As of the 2009-10 school year, the school had an enrollment of 2,292 students and 147 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 15.59.
