Charter Submitted March 3, 1896: --This charter is framed with the intent that it be submitted at the general municipal election on the third day of March, A. D. 1896. ARTICLE XXV. MUNICIPAL PLANS COMMISSION. Section 1. Commission Created; Number; To Prepare Plans: --Vote: --The charter was amended by the repeal of this article under Resolution No. 6008 of the city council, passed December 30, 1918, and ratified by the people at the election of March 4, 1919. Prior to its repeal the article had become obsolete by reason of its own provisions which terminated the functions of the commission at the date September 30. 1911.
