Any person or persons failing to comply with this Section, upon conviction shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished in such manner as is provided for in Section 20 of this Ordinance. Meter When Sec. m tne opinion of the Superintendent the amount Installed of water used on any premises is in excess of the rent collected, it shall be the duty of the Superintendent to install a meter upon such service and collect for all water used through such meter according to the reading of same, at the rates as hereinafter set forth or hereafter adopted. Sec. 45. Should any meter fail to register correctly the amount of water passing through it, the charge for water for any month so affected shall be as the average of the last three months; and the said meter shall immediately be restored to its proper order or replaced by another and accurate meter. Minimum Sec. 46. The minimum rate charged for water by meter Meter Rate ahall in no case be less than two dollars ($2.00) per month. Charges When Meter Out of Order CONSUMERS' MONTHLY WATER RATES. Sec. 47. The following rates are established and assessed--Any water supply herein mentioned "Especial" and-any water to be supplied not herein provided for shall be rated by the Superintendent, and all rates and charges so made shall be entered in the office of the Department, and collected in the same manner as regular charges are collected.
