Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota: 1. That section 12 of Chapter 296 of the laws of 1909 of the State of South Dakota as amended by Chapter 125 of the laws of 1911 he and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: _ Section A12. Sanitary (Jonditions---Creameries--Cheese Factories--Ice (lream Factories--(Jream Buying Stations---Farm Receptacles and Cans. Vhoever operates a creamery, cheese factory, ice. cremn factory, or cream buying station, or if upon the farm or elsewhere produces milk or cream or any dairy product to he sold for human consumption or to be manufactured into any product or kind of human food, or any dealer in dairy products having-in his possession any cans, ice cream containers or other receptaclt-s, shall at all limes keep all buildi1;_-v. on the premises surrounding or ad_iat-ent thereto and all cams, pails and other i'em.-ptuclcs, cream separators and other mechanical contrivances used in handling such dairy products or used in the production of such-on the farm, in a clean, hygienic and sanitary condition and shall not consign for transportation by common carrier, empty cans or ice cream containers in an unsanitary condition.
